A 48  hr notice to cancel is appreciated, permanent makeup procedures are 2 to 3 hrs long. Clients as well  as staff need to be prepared for these procedures. It is not easy to reschedule  a client in place of a Cancellation on short notice. I realize people do get sick and emergencies happen This will be taken into consideration.

Under a 24 hr notice to cancel does not provide enough time to re-schedule a patient so payment in full is required as well as a 75 dollar Cancellation fee before services are rendered.
